4How are results measured?
Each campaign is different and will have its own unique set of goals and objectives. We will determine how results are measured based on your companies advertising goals and brief you on how we will measure your campaigns performance during the signup process.
5How long before I see results?
Since data is key to a successful campaign, it takes time for Google algorithms to learn patterns on your website therefore, we always advise to wait about 4 - 6 months before comparing measurable results. There is no such thing as instant results when using Google Ads and as a certified Google partner we uphold Google’s policies of transparency and will not mislead you by guaranteeing you a specific ad position (i.e. the top position every time a user searches for your keyword) on Google.com search results pages.
6How do I make payment?
Payments must be made by direct bank transfer immediately upon receiving your invoice. Once you sign up and agree to a package, you will be billed at the beginning of each month. Should you sign up in the middle of a billing cycle we will charge you pro rata for that month.

8When do I receive reports?
Reports are sent within the first seven days of the month. The reports will be sent to you via email. Reports include the cost and performance of your campaigns such as the number of clicks, click through rate, conversions, impressions, and actual cost of your Google ads. As each campaign is different, the reported metrics may differ.
10Can I change my package?
If you need to change your package please contact us for assistance.
11How do I cancel?
You may cancel your monthly package at any point as there are no fixed contracts or subscriptions. You can cancel your package by writing to us at
support@magnetized.co.za. Once your cancellation is confirmed your package and advertising campaigns will be cancelled immediately
Please note that no refunds are given when cancelling your package so it is always best to cancel your package at the end of the month.
